This is a chance to peek inside fellow guild member’s creative spaces – whether that be a corner of the living room, a dedicated space, or all over the house – to see how they stack and hide those plastic boxes full of yarns or how they tucked that loom into that space. If this goes well, we’ll make this a regular part of Show-and-Tell type events. A formal Show-and-Tell will follow the tours. (And yes, I can still add a few more photos today to the Show-and-Tell if you thought you waited too long. Send them to programs@wssaustin.org.)
Our July meeting is also when our annual election of officers is held.
Hands-on Night – Learn how to use a lucet

We will learn use a lucet, which is a handy tool used to make a simple braid with a single strand of yarn Also, we have drop spindles available if you want to try your hand at learning to spindle spin.
