SAORI is a Japanese tradition that employs weaving as a form of meditation and creativity Founded by Misao Jo in 1968, SAORI uses free style weaving for self-exploration and expression. Laura will talk us through some of the traditions of SAORI as well as the philosophy and culture. SAORI is used around the world for therapy and as a useful skill for disabled people to earn a living through creativity.
6:30-7 is social time with the meeting starting at 7.
Hands-On Night — There is no hands-on meeting in November due to Thanksgiving.
