Program Night — The Benefits of Handspinning with Multiple Spinning Wheels, Heavenly Bresser

Heavenly Bresser is a published author, knitter, crocheter, dyer, and award-winning hand spinner who loves experimenting with colour and processing fibre, transforming it into beautiful works of art. Her current passion lies in repairing and working with antique and vintage spinning wheels, and her impressive collection has grown to include some rare and unique wheels.
One of her greatest joys is teaching and her goal is to help fibre artists build confidence in their skills and encourage them to think outside the box. She most recently taught four(!) workshops and gave a lecture on historic spinning wheels for the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival 2021.

There are no hands-on meetings while the rec centers are closed due to COVID.
