Program Night– Digitally Archiving the Scholarship of Weaving Communities — Danielle Burke
Thursday, March 9, 2023
7:00 to 9:00 pm CDT
See GoogleGroup, members-only pages, or newsletter for Zoom link
Artist, folklorist, and PhD candidate in Design Studies (history) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Danielle Burke will be presenting digitally archiving the scholarship of weaving communities such as Cross Country Weavers. Her presentation will be a shorter-than-usual program—just 30 minutes—in order that she may have a conversation with us and we with her about the kinds of studies possible and the issues raised by her research.
Please join us for a virtual Zoom meeting on Thursday, March 9, beginning at 7:00 pm CDT. See GoogleGroup or members only pages for link.
