We are planning an interesting evening for our December get-together that includes a holiday themed show-and-tell. ‘speed dating’ chat rooms and, In keeping with our year of wearing face coverings, Mickey Stam has suggested making holiday-themed functional face masks to show off during the party. If you have a sewing machine and an interest in mask making, please bring – or wear — your holiday creation to our December meeting
There are a number of websites and Youtube videos on mask making but here’s a link to the CDC guidelines for making face coverings.
As an alternative, show us your holiday-themed weaving and spinning handiwork. We’d enjoy seeing your holiday scarves, table runners, decorative yarns, tree ornaments, etc. Anything goes for our holiday show-and-tell. I think that you all will agree that 2020 has been a year to remember. Let’s celebrate the final month of 2020 together!

There are no hands-on meetings while the rec centers are closed due to COVID. Our study groups are meeting via Zoom.
