Mark your calendars! Our holiday party is scheduled for Thursday evening, December 12th from 6:30 ñ 9:00 pm. Instead of our usual meeting place, the holiday party will be at Meg Wilson’s house in Austin. Check your newsletter or the Googlegroup for the address.
Our December holiday party will be a potluck dinner so bring something delicious to share with everyone. If you need to heat something or do last minute prep work, you are welcome to arrive a little early. Meg will provide all the plates, utensils, cups and serving utensils as well as eggnog, mulled cider and Italian Soda. And remember to bring your show and tell and something for our fiber-related gift exchange – handmade is always great. It is always fun!
The holiday party is also a great time to renew your membership if you don’t want to do it online.
We hope to see you at Meg’s on December 12th! Remember that the Trail of Lights will be in full swing, so come in one of the two back ways using Hether or Barton Skyway, both off of Lamar.
There is no Hands-on night in December due to the holidays.
