When weaving in a circle, the simplest tools will do. In this introductory workshop, Emily will show us how to turn embroidery hoops into looms for a lap-friendly craft, and we’ll learn the basics of weaving in a circle while creating beautiful wall hangings. Emily will cover a variety of techniques to get beginners started on a weaving journey or give seasoned weavers a different perspective on the craft.
This workshop will be held via Zoom in two morning sessions (because of the time difference between Texas and the Republic of Cyprus), April 6th and 7th, from 9:00 a.m. to noon both days. See list of materials you’ll need to gather for the class. Workshop cost is $75.
