Bylaws define the purpose, the membership, and the governance of an organization as required by state and federal laws and as adopted by the members of the organization. From time to time, WSSA reviews our Bylaws, comparing them with current law and organizational practice. The last review was completed in 2023 and approved by the Membership on June 8, 2023.
