Our September program meeting gives us a chance to come together after the summer break to reconnect and share what we did this summer from special workshops attended to new fiber collected on holiday travels. CHT was such a big part of our guild this summer and individual recaps of sessions, either taken our taught, will be a focus of our meeting. As usual we gather at 6:30 for socializing, with the meeting from 7-8:45 at NW Rec Center.
September 24th Hands on Project night – The second meeting of the month is our time to spin and weave together (folks have even been know to . . . gasp . . . knit!). Great time to get help with your spinning and other fiber tips. The library is always open during the Hands on Project night and is also a good time to exchange guild equipment. This meeting is from 7-9 at the Austin Rec Center.
